My Story
In 2023, I married my husband, Ben, and in July of 2024, we welcomed our first child into the world. That same year, we moved into our first home together—a milestone that marked the start of a new chapter for our growing family.
My journey toward creating a non-toxic lifestyle began years earlier when I faced many health challenges. After months of doctor’s visits and unanswered questions, I was diagnosed with chronic Lyme disease, rheumatoid arthritis, and a severe aspergillus mold infection in my lungs.
When I discovered mold in the HVAC system and bathrooms of my apartment, it became clear that my environment was impacting my health. This launched me into the world of non-toxic living. I dedicated countless hours to researching women’s health, environmental toxins, and practical, affordable ways to live a cleaner, healthier life.
It was during this journey that I discovered tallow-based skincare products. While I loved the benefits of these products, I couldn’t justify paying $40 for a small 2oz jar. So, I started experimenting with making my own. I quickly fell in love with the process and the results. That passion inspired me to create a business—not just to support my family, but to make high-quality, non-toxic skincare products more accessible to others.
I’m a Christian, and my faith plays a central role in everything I do. I believe that as a Christian, I am called to be a good steward of my health and the world around me, which is why this business is as much about education as it is about offering great products. Alongside skincare, I am committed to sharing free resources to empower others on their journey to healthier living.
